Custom & Personalized Items

All of our products are made-to-order and fully personalized. Because each item is uniquely created for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.


No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on personalized items.


Order Approval Before Shipping

To ensure your satisfaction, we will send photos of your finished product before shipping.
You will have the opportunity to review and approve your order before it is dispatched.

Once approval is confirmed, your item will be shipped and the order will be considered final.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
