Processing Time

All of our items are made-to-order and personalized. Please allow 4 weeks for production before your order is shipped.

Each piece is carefully handcrafted with attention to detail to ensure the highest quality.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been completed and approved, it will be shipped. Estimated delivery times are:

🇺🇸 United States: [3–7 business days]
🌍 International: [7–21 business days]

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Order Approval

Before shipping, we will send photos of your finished product for approval.
Your order will only be shipped once you confirm that you are satisfied.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Taxes and Duties

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Carrier delays
Customs processing (for international orders)
Weather conditions or unforeseen events

However, we will always do our best to support you if any issue occurs.

Lost or Damaged Packages
